{"id":1947,"date":"2024-10-12T12:07:29","date_gmt":"2024-10-12T17:07:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ladycamonessoriano.com\/?p=1947"},"modified":"2024-11-05T16:07:32","modified_gmt":"2024-11-05T21:07:32","slug":"congresista-camones-los-ingresos-de-cultura-y-turismo-deben-permanecer-en-las-regiones-para-impulsar-su-desarrollo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ladycamonessoriano.com\/index.php\/2024\/10\/12\/congresista-camones-los-ingresos-de-cultura-y-turismo-deben-permanecer-en-las-regiones-para-impulsar-su-desarrollo\/","title":{"rendered":"CONGRESISTA CAMONES: \u201cLOS INGRESOS DE CULTURA Y TURISMO DEBEN PERMANECER EN LAS REGIONES PARA IMPULSAR SU DESARROLLO\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el marco de la sesi\u00f3n y audiencia descentralizada de la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n de Presupuesto del Congreso<\/strong>, realizada en la ciudad del <strong>Cusco<\/strong>, <strong>la congresista Lady Camones Soriano, presidenta <\/strong>de dicha comisi\u00f3n, asumi\u00f3 el compromiso de impulsar la modificaci\u00f3n del <strong>Decreto Supremo N\u00b0 043-2022 <\/strong>del <strong>Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas (MEF)<\/strong>, en el aspecto que afecta directamente al sector <strong>Cultura.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Camones Soriano<\/strong> manifest\u00f3 que la actual disposici\u00f3n, publicada en marzo del 2022, que obliga a que los recursos directamente recaudados por los sitios arqueol\u00f3gicos se depositen en una cuenta del<strong> Tesoro P\u00fablico del MEF<\/strong>, est\u00e1 perjudicando la gesti\u00f3n y preservaci\u00f3n de importantes patrimonios culturales. Indic\u00f3 que esta situaci\u00f3n afecta no solo a la regi\u00f3n <strong>Cusco<\/strong>, sino tambi\u00e9n a otras regiones como <strong>\u00c1ncash<\/strong>, su lugar de procedencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, la parlamentaria sostuvo que la vigencia de esta norma limita la capacidad de acci\u00f3n de las autoridades locales y sectoriales en la conservaci\u00f3n y puesta en valor de los sitios arqueol\u00f3gicos. En ese sentido, anunci\u00f3 que presentar\u00e1 una iniciativa legislativa destinada a corregir estos aspectos, con el fin de fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n del patrimonio cultural y promover el turismo en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El compromiso de <strong>Camones Soriano<\/strong> fue expresado tras escuchar al alcalde de <strong>Cusco<\/strong> y a otros representantes regionales que mostraron su preocupaci\u00f3n por los efectos adversos de la norma en la gesti\u00f3n cultural. \u00abEs nuestro deber proteger nuestra herencia cultural y asegurar que los recursos que se generan a partir de ella sean reinvertidos para su cuidado y conservaci\u00f3n\u00bb, afirm\u00f3. La congresista asegur\u00f3 que trabajar\u00e1 de manera coordinada con las autoridades regionales y los ministerios correspondientes para que esta problem\u00e1tica sea abordada de manera integral y se logren soluciones que beneficien tanto al sector cultural como al tur\u00edstico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1
